BEEF RENDANG PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

40gm desiccated coconut

1.5kg beef/chicken

100ml coconut milk/creamer

300ml water

1/2tsp salt

1/2tsp sugar

Steps

1. Fry desiccated coconut until light brown. (kerisik)

2. Fry the beef/chicken with paste for 10mins.

3. Add in water and kerisik. Boil 5mins on medium flame until beef/chicken soften.

4. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste.

5. Ready to serve.
