VEG. RENDANG PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

1.5kg vegetarian meat

40g desiccated coconut

Potato

100ml creamer/coconut milk

300ml water

1/2tsp salt

1/2tsp sugar

Steps

1. Fry desiccated coconut until light brown (kerisik) and set aside.

2. Fry the vegetarian meat with veg. rendang paste.

3. Add in water, potato and kerisik. Bring it to boil.

4. Add in creamer/coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste. Boil for 10mins on med flame. 

5. Ready to serve.
