NYONYA ASSAM PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

450ml water

Fresh fish

Tomato

Ladies finger

Ginger flower

Onions

Mint

200ml creamer/coconut milk (optional)

soy sauce (optional)

Steps

1. Boil ladies finger to cook in water and set aside.

2. Add water to the paste and bring it to boil.

3. Add in fresh fish, tomato, onions and ginger flower, Cook on medium flame until the fish is cooked. 

4. Add in creamer/coconut milk and soy sauce to taste. (Optional)

5. Garnish with fresh mint and sliced onions. Ready to serve.
