Ingredients to prepare

1.5-2litre water

Rice vermicelli and noodles

Prawn

Kangkung

Bean sprouts

Sliced boiled eggs

Fried shallot

Steps

1. Add water to the paste and bring to boil.

2. Boil prawn, kangkung and bean sprouts in the soup and set aside.

3. Ready to serve. Garnish with fried shallots and sliced boiled egg.
